It was a case of rags to riches and back to rags again for a Thai street hawker who briefly became a millionaire when a computer glitch on a popular TV game show fed her the answers intended for the host.
Lertrak Panjanawaporn, 44, stunned the producers of the popular "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" show by answering all 16 questions correctly and winning one million baht ($23,100).
Red faced organizers quickly apologized when it was found technicians had accidentally plugged the wrong cable into her computer monitor feeding her the correct answers highlighted in green.
"The show organizers told me technical glitches in their computer system gave me the right answers and they could not award me the jackpot," Lertrak told a radio show.
"They told me to play it again. I didn't mind, since I didn't want them to get in trouble," she said.
On the replay, Lertrak answered six questions correctly, winning 25,000 baht.
