blond and the breast stroke race

there was a blond a brunette and a red head, all three of them entered in a breast stroke race across the lake, after a while the brunette comes on shore and gets the first place metal, a bit later the red head came to shore and got the second place metal, allot later the blond comes a shore completly out of breath, and gets the third place metal. Once they all have a towel and a cup of hot chocolate the blond says to the judge, I hate to complaine but im pretty sure they were using there arms.
